Earth Sense Organics believes that beauty and/or household products should be cruelty free.We are proud to be part of the Cruelty Free International Approval Programme. A global programme, it requires cruelty-free standards over and above legal requirements. All of our own brand cosmetic and personal care products and/or household and cleaning products, cosmetics, are approved under the Cruelty Free International Approval Programme. We adhere to a fixed-cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Cruelty Free International Approval Programme criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited.

Our Products are certificated by JOCA. The Japan Organic Cosmetics Association believes that the basic raw materials used in organic cosmetics should be those that are originally found in nature, can circulate in nature, and do not disrupt the balance of nature.

100% of the ingredients must be natural and directly from nature. Ingredients that are not found in nature and that have been newly created by artificially chemically altering the original natural composition are considered "unusable”, this includes manufactured surfactants, colours, perfumes and preservatives. It is a traditional plant whose safety and usefulness have been proven through the experience of our predecessors.

Earth Sense Organics solid soaps are handmade using the best oil bases we find. Each Earth Sense Organics soap contains a minimum of 72% of cold-pressed organic oils.

Our basic blend contains organic, raw extra virgin coconut oil from Sri Lanka as well as organic, raw extra virgin olive oil from Catalonia. This is a 72% blend that not only helps to thoroughly cleanse the skin, but also nourishes and protects it through the natural components that the mixture contains.

All we add to our base are organic essential oils and specific organic plants that offer benefits to your skin.

Our Spa Noir range contains Activated Charcoal with peppermint essential oil.

NB: OUR ACTIVATED CHARCOAL IS MADE FROM COCONUTS AND NOT FROM THE CHEAPER GRADE BAMBOO. IT IS BP/EP/USP PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE ACTIVATED CHARCOAL.
