Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within two working business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) where possible.
If any orders will be delayed for any reason out of our control we will communicate via email to inform of approximate delays etc.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Various shipping offers are provided including Mondial relay – Direct to door and Relay point, Colissimo, Delivengo etc. Choose your preferred shipping at checkout prior to your order being completed.
NB: We hold no responsibility for customer-entered inaccurate or incorrect shipping address information. The shipping option selected, provided and entered by the customer for delivery of all/any orders placed, will be used.
If the shipping option selected is incorrect or incomplete the customer is liable for the information they entered and will be liable for all costs associated with dispatching replacement items. This includes cost of all goods plus all shipping costs.
Shipment to Relais point - Collection point shipping:
If a customer does not collect their parcel from the collection point and it is subsequently returned to us, a €5.00 admin return charge will be deducted from any refund of product cost. No shipping charges will be refunded.
It is very important that you collect your parcel within the allotted time. The number of days you have to collect your parcel depends on the service used.
All collection point services send SMS messages and emails stating when your parcel is ready for collection. The same message also provides you with a date that your parcel will be available until. After this date the parcel will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred and/or any re-postage costs.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not offer shipping to these addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once order completed you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number for the chosen shipping service. *except Lettre Vert where no tracking is available or provided.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Earth Sense Organics SAS is not responsible for any customs and/or fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Earth Sense Organics SAS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please provide good photographic evidence and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping is available to France and the EU. Contact us if you are not in the zones shown at check-out to enquire if shipping is available to your particular destination.
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide clear photographs and/or video detailing what is wrong with your item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
